Unheard Of Official Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not, here's how our return process works:

 

10-Day Return Window

You have 10 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It must be in the exact same condition you received it – unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • All original tags must still be attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Please do not send your item back until you've received confirmation and instructions from us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


 

Damages, Issues, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away. We need to evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.


 

Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items (items purchased at a discounted price)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures the item you want doesn't sell out while waiting for your return to be processed.


 

European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have an extended right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in the same condition (unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging) and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
